Senior Consultant - Service Now & Enterprise Transformation
Location: London-based (Hybrid)
Type: Permanent / Full Time
Company OverviewOur client is a senior-led consultancy delivering Service Now, AI and Enterprise Transformation programmes across IT, HR, Finance, Customer Operations and Global Business Services.
Role OverviewYou'll play a key role delivering enterprise transformation programmes, supporting client engagements from discovery through implementation. Working alongside senior consultants and managers, you'll lead workshops, coordinate work streams and help deliver successful Service Now-enabled transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver work streams across Service Now transformation programmes
- Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Support requirements gathering and solution design
- Manage delivery plans, risks and actions
- Coordinate functional and technical teams
- Produce client-facing documentation and presentations
- Support junior consultants
- Experience with in consulting, Service Now or enterprise transformation
- Experience leading small work streams
- Workshop facilitation
- Excellent communication and consulting capability
