Pre-sales Specialist

New opportunity as a Pre-sales Specialist within an international ICT service provider.

The role is to establish the company in the UK and European domestic markets through services with competitive advantages to achieve stable and continuous growth, to carry out a variety of technical pre-sales (including design and quote) and co-ordination tasks, to meet or exceed customer requirements and to promote the success of services in line with the company's overall strategies, while reflecting customer needs.

Also complete tasks which are assigned by the Managers and are part of a project or maintenance contract work, in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job description:

Requirements Definition and Design:

• Define requirements, create designs and proposals.
• Provide technical support to their customers.

Project Planning and Progress Tracking:

• Outline project plans, update progress of execution, including recovery plans
• Conduct revenue and profit analysis.

Technology Trends and Product Development:

• Identify technology trends, Create new products.

Sales and Pre-sales Management:
