Tasks- Lead a CX workstream likely focused on audience strategy
- Facilitate workshops and shape solutions across complex business challenges
- Build and drive programme plans supporting Adobe implementation and personalisation
- An independent consultant
- Strong CX strategy experience;
Total experience (TX) experience also relevant - Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience leading consulting work streams and programme planning
