Key Requirements:
- 14+ years of CRM experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
- Extensive Salesforce experience as an Enterprise Architect.
- Salesforce Public Sector Cloud (PSS) implementation experience is mandatory. 12 years of PSS experience is acceptable.
- Good to have GDS understanding.
- Proven experience designing and optimizing business processes and integrating processes across disparate systems.
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce solutions.
- Strong experience in business process redesign, roadmap planning, multi-cloud implementations, target architecture, and transition architecture.
- Ability to assess business requirements and map them to Salesforce solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce 360 and CRM strategy/roadmap development.
- Ability to work with complex business requirements, design and configuration.
- Strong collaboration with Technical Architects, project teams, and implementation partners.
