London, UK (4 days Onsite)
Job type: FTEJob Description :8+ years of hands-on Service Now experience.
5+ years in a Service Now Architect or Lead Developer capacity.
Proven experience implementing multiple Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, Sec Ops, GRC/IRM, SPM).Deep expertise in: o Service Now scripting (Client C Server-side) o Flow Designer o Integration Hub o Service Portal / Employee Centre o ATF o CMDB architecture.
Strong experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end implementations (design through deployment).Strong understanding of security model (ACLs, roles, domain separation).Experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in high-pressure, regulated environments. Desirable Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA.Multiple Service Now CIS certifications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, Sec Ops, GRC).Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
Knowledge of Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Service Now Performance Analytics and Reporting.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and enterprise integration platforms.
Experience supporting audits and regulatory compliance initiatives
