We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team a Scientists play a key role in our business, driving strategy and decision‑making at all levels, which ultimately benefits our users, partners, and other teams across the organisation. We are seeking a proactive, outcomes‑driven individual to join our growing Global Targeting team. Working to enhance the Clear Score user experience through improved dynamic content targeting and prioritisation, you will deliver data science and machine learning solutions across a variety of use cases, business areas, and markets.
Your contributions will directly support the Global Targeting mission, enabling the organisation to realise its overall strategy.

Whatyou will be doing:
- Supporting the end‑to‑end development of data science and machine learning solutions in multiple markets to enable an improved user experience through data‑driven Targeting
- Interpreting and communicating the outputs of predictive models and analysis, specifically oriented towards actionable insights and decision‑making, to support stakeholder uptake and utilisation of Data Science solutions that change what our users see
- Working with the team to get your solutions into production using our existing tools and frameworks, monitoring them once there, and taking ownership of ongoing model performance in the context of downstream usage
- Contributing towards improved model build, maintenance, and optimisation processes to drive more efficient and standardised ways of working in the Data Science team
- Responsibly integrating new tools and approaches into your workflow, including utilising AI in your day‑to‑day development, to boost productivity whilst maintaining strong accountability and understanding of what is delivered
- Developing your craft over the full model lifecycle, with guidance and support from the wider team
- A self‑starter mindset: curious, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning - including the adoption of new tools and techniques as they emerge
- A results and impact‑oriented approach to solution design. You are comfortable building quickly, asking questions when faced with ambiguous problems, and iterating over time, and you effectively balance development effort against added value
- A desire to deeply understand a problem and its importance to the business before attempting to solve it, with strong critical thinking and data reasoning skills
- An appetite to build advanced knowledge of our data and how it connects to our users and products, using this to drive model development. For us, understanding our users, their financial wellbeing, and how this relates to their use of our products, is fundamental
- The ability to explain the key findings from complex analysis and modelling exercises to both technical and non‑technical audiences. You feel at home interacting with stakeholders from across different specialisms around the organisation
- Strong Python and SQL skills, with a solid foundational understanding of different statistical, machine learning, or other modelling techniques, and how to apply these appropriately to different problem types
