Role SummaryThis is a senior product leadership role within Microsoft AI's Consumer Copilot organization. The person will own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key Copilot consumer experiences used at global scale. They will work closely with Engineering, Design, Research, and Data Science teams to define what gets built, why it matters, and how success is measured. The ideal candidate has a strong background building successful consumer products, can operate in ambiguity, and has experience driving product-market fit through data, customer insights, and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities- Define vision and roadmap for Consumer Copilot experiences.
- Prioritize investments based on customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities.
- Influence senior stakeholders on product direction.
- Analyze customer behavior and product performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, adoption, and retention.
- Use experimentation (A/B testing, pilots, iterations) to improve outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, and Data Science.
- Align teams across multiple geographies.
- Collaborate closely with US-based product leaders.
- Drive end-to-end delivery from concept to launch.
- Lead reviews, planning discussions, and prioritization decisions.
- Ensure launch readiness and execution excellence.
- Define success metrics.
- Make data-informed decisions.
- Hold teams accountable for business and customer outcomes.
- Lead Design and User Research functions (depending on final org design).
- Coach and develop team members.
- Allocate design and research resources effectively.
- Led consumer-facing products with significant user scale.
- Owned strategy, roadmap, and execution.
- Successfully launched products from idea through release.
- Demonstrated product-market fit ownership.
- Can identify customer problems and prioritize solutions.
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
- Experience working across Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science.
- Ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders.
- Uses metrics and customer insights to guide investments.
- Experience defining and measuring success KPIs.
- Can present to executives.

- Built or scaled AI-powered consumer products.
- Familiarity with LLMs, assistants, recommendation systems, generative AI products.
