About the RoleDo you enjoy solving complex tech puzzles and keeping things running smoothly? As an IT Support Engineer, you're the engine room of our London Head Office. You'll be hands-on with a high-end tech stack—from the latest Windows and Mac endpoints to immersive auditorium AV and cutting-edge digital signage. This isn't a 'sit and wait' support role. You'll be building, troubleshooting, and improving the tech that empowers our people on a daily basis.
Whether you're architecting a fix, mastering a new meeting room setup, or optimising our digital environment, you'll end your day with the genuine satisfaction that you've made someone's work-life better. If you love variety, tech, and the thrill of a problem well-solved, we want to hear from you.
- Manage incidents in person at the IT bar and remotely.
- Manage requests, changes and problems.
- Oversee events in the auditorium.
- Ensure meeting room tech and digital signage is functioning correctly.
- Service improvements.
- Strong technical knowledge in End User Compute technologies including Windows 11, MacOS, Virtual Desktops (AWS Work spaces), Mobile, VC (preferably Zoom) and digital signage platforms.
- Technical knowledge of management tools including Intune, Jamf, Airwatch.
- Technical knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Service Now, Jira and Confluence.
- Effective communication with associates at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
- Ability to work autonomously whilst being part of a wider team.
This is a permanent position based in our London office. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. We're big on collaboration and connection, so you'll be based in our London office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
