IT Service Desk Analyst (Entry Level)
Are you passionate about technology and looking to start your career in IT? We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to join our growing team.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for users, providing 1st line support, logging and managing tickets, troubleshooting issues, supporting user onboarding and offboarding, deploying hardware, and helping maintain our IT knowledge base.
