- Act as CRM trusted advisor for business unit projects through requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Demonstrate products and model use cases
- Develop business processes and related configurations
- Align with stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Directly support business unit staff during launches
- Estimate work efforts for project and ticket phases
- Take responsibility for solution design, development, and implementation
- Provide product and technical expertise for complex projects and integrations

- Monitor and troubleshoot integrations
- Assess, design, and develop future integration requirements
- Document and share technical, business process, best-practice, and reference architecture knowledge
- Apply advanced Salesforce technical principles and concepts
- Contribute to new principles and concepts
- Solve unusually complex technical problems with innovative solutions
- Work under consultative direction toward long-range goals and determine courses of action to achieve results
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field
- 6+ years of previous development experience with Salesforce
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification (preferred)
- Development experience with Salesforce CPQ (preferred)
- Development experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (preferred)
- Development experience with Conga CLM (preferred)
- Dev Ops platform experience preferred (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
- Experience with Mule Soft preferred (or other enterprise integration technologies)
- Demonstrated success with at least one large Salesforce integration project
- Strong understanding of highly scalable and reliable Salesforce Platform solutions
- Experience working in Agile projects and managing workload with JIRA
- Ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues
- Technical project management experience
- Understanding of UI design principles and best practices
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
- Communication skills for technical and business audiences
Demonstrates advanced Salesforce technical expertise, including solution design, development, and implementation, while effectively managing complex integrations and project management tasks. Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
