Your role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Responsible AI and AI Governance professional to help clients safely and responsibly adopt AI s role sits at the intersection of AI strategy, governance, risk, controls, regulation, and transformation. You will work with C-suite executives, technology leaders, risk functions, and regulators to design and implement practical Responsible AI frameworks, governance operating models, risk management approaches, and controls that enable innovation whilst maintaining regulatory compliance and stakeholder trust.
Drawing upon experience delivering large-scale AI governance transformations within global institutions, you will help clients move from experimentation to industrialisation by establishing scalable governance foundations, operating models, controls monitoring capabilities, and governance platforms that support AI throughout its lifecycle.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, Chief AI Officers, Chief Risk Officers, and Heads of Technology.
- Lead executive discussions on Responsible AI, AI Governance, AI Risk, Agentic AI, and emerging regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate board, executive committee, and governance forums to define AI strategy and governance direction.
- Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into practical and actionable governance solutions.
- Develop strategic recommendations and transformation roadmaps for AI adoption.
- Design enterprise AI governance frameworks aligned to regulatory expectations and industry best practice.
- Establish AI Governance Offices and target operating models.
- Design governance processes covering ideation, experimentation, approval, deployment, monitoring, and retirement.
- Develop governance artefacts including policies, standards, control frameworks, procedures, and risk taxonomies.
- Support clients in defining governance structures, ownership models, and accountability across the three lines of defence.
- Lead Responsible AI assessments across people, process, technology, and data dimensions.
- Develop AI risk management frameworks covering key domains.
- Design AI controls aligned to client risk frameworks and regulatory obligations.
- Conduct AI risk and control maturity assessments.
- Support regulatory remediation and control enhancement programmes.
- Advise clients on technology-enabled governance approaches.
- Define requirements for AI governance platforms and workflow solutions.
- Support implementation of governance capabilities using platforms such as Service Now, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, and other governance technologies.
- Design governance workflows, approvals, reporting, and monitoring capabilities.
- Help clients establish centralised AI inventories and auditable governance processes.
- Advise clients on implementation of emerging regulations, including:
- EU AI Act
- FCA and PRA expectations
- NIST AI RMF
- ISO 42001
Global Responsible AI frameworks - Interpret regulatory developments and assess implications for client operating models.
- Support regulatory engagement, audits, and assurance activities.
- Lead sales activities, proposals, Statements of Work, and client pursuits.
- Shape innovative propositions across Responsible AI, Governance, Risk, and Controls.
- Build reusable methodologies, accelerators, assets, and thought leadership.
- Contribute to market positioning and industry eminence through client presentations, publications, and conference speaking opportunities.
- Support capability growth through recruitment, mentoring, and community development.
