Responsibilities:
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis- Generate market insight analysis reports on segmented fields, focusing on market trends, core scenarios, and pain points.
- Gather competitive intelligence and provide differentiated competitive solutions based on competitor strategies.
- Guide key decision-makers through pre-sales activities, understanding customer needs and building trust.
- Explore customer business technology status and document requirements accurately.
- Develop tailored solutions based on customer needs, including product selection, testing strategies, and bidding strategies.
- Drive the adoption of public cloud solutions and manage risks during solution implementation.
- Document knowledge such as cloud architecture templates and best practices.
- Provide presentations and training to sales teams and partners for empowerment.
- Summarize product requirements and defects, contributing to product improvement and new projects launch.
- IT, computer science, or cloud computing background with knowledge of networking, servers, storage systems, and enterprise applications.
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture design and consulting, understanding customer needs.
- Expertise in cloud architecture design, internet-based applications, and familiarity with migration procedures and cloud/virtualization/container solutions.
- Strong writing and documentation skills for expressing cloud architectures.
- Ability to work under pressure, quick learner, and passionate about cloud technology.
- Excellent communication skills, team player, and professional attitude.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms covering IaaS and PaaS services, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) technologies.
- Proficiency in Container/K8S, Serverless services, and SOA architecture design.
- Experience with RDS like MySQL or PostgreSQL, and experienced with No
SQL like Redis or MongoDB. - Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Hadoop eco-system is a plus.
