Salary: £55,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements- Highly proficient in SAS or R.
- Extensive familiarity with commercial claims and EHR databases, such as Optum, Market Scan, IQVIA Phar Metrics, or Health Verity.
- Ability to conduct longitudinal cohort studies, including creating study cohorts, baseline and outcome variables from scratch.
- Solid understanding of epidemiologic study designs and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with basic statistical tests, regression models, and survival analysis.
- Advanced degree in Biostatistics or Epidemiology.
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in a scientific or statistical discipline; in lieu of degree, an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated programming experience.
- Extensive programming experience in SAS or other required software, preferably in a clinical trial environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Assess the quality of the data.
- Review and provide input on protocol and SAP.
- Conduct analyses, including programming of TFLs.
- Develop programs and provide statistical programming support for statisticians or for client or business use.
- Source, organize, and interpret complex data sets using codes and programs.
- Develop codes that create analysis datasets, tables, and figures.
- Evaluate programming processes and suggest revisions to increase productivity.
