Job Description & How to Apply Below
Across the globe, national law enforcement agencies, homeland security and border organisations, domestic intelligence services, and justice departments are held back by legacy technology, fragmented data, and operating models designed before the digital age. Whether the challenge is countering terrorism, dismantling organised crime, tackling economic crime, securing borders, or transforming how courts manage cases and evidence, the mission depends on technology that can ingest, analyse, and share information across agencies, borders, and justice institutions at this role, you will lead how AWS engages the full spectrum of public safety, security, and justice agencies worldwide.
You will shape the global strategy, build trusted relationships with senior leaders across national policing, homeland security, border agencies, interior ministries, justice departments, and international cooperation bodies, and bring the right technology and partners together to help these organisations transform.
The ideal candidate will bring deep operational credibility across the policing, security, or justice landscape, with firsthand experience of the threats, capabilities, and institutional dynamics that define these sectors. You will have operated at senior levels within a national law enforcement, homeland security, or justice agency. You will understand how cloud, artificial intelligence (AI), data analytics, and digital forensics can transform operational effectiveness across the value chain from investigation through to prosecution and case management.
You will be equally comfortable briefing senior government leaders on threat modernisation as you are shaping a go-to-market strategy with a technology partner. You will define repeatable approaches that enable AWS teams across regions to engage effectively.

• Build executive relationships with senior leaders across national policing organisations, homeland security and border agencies, domestic intelligence services, justice departments, and prosecution authorities.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with international law enforcement and justice cooperation bodies and multilateral organisations involved in cross-border security and judicial cooperation.
• Translate complex operational requirements into cloud adoption strategies across areas including digital forensics, open source intelligence (OSINT), communications data, biometrics, cryptocurrency investigations, intelligence-led policing, counter-terrorism, court modernisation, and digital evidence management.
• Navigate data sovereignty, lawful access, and cross-border cooperation requirements unique to policing and justice, positioning sovereign cloud solutions where required.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and mechanisms that enable regional field teams to engage public safety, security, and justice customers effectively.
• Work with consulting and technology partners, including system integrators and specialist Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in digital…
