CRM Migration Consultant (Bloomreach to Klaviyo)

This is an exciting contract opportunity to lead a large-scale CRM platform migration for a well-established e-commerce business. You'll play a key role in shaping customer communications, data strategy, and lifecycle marketing capabilities as the organisation transitions to a new CRM ecosystem.

The project involves close collaboration across CRM, data, and technology functions to deliver a seamless migration.
The Role and Deliverables
- Lead the migration of CRM campaigns, customer journeys, and automated flows from Bloomreach to Klaviyo.
- Work with client-side data and technology teams to define migration requirements and data strategy.
- Assess customer data requirements and advise on historical data migration approaches.
