The Core Weave Legal and Government Affairs (LGA) team at Core Weave is highly collaborative and partners closely with teams across the company to navigate complex legal landscapes while enabling innovation and growth. The team is pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and deeply engaged in strategic decision-making, with a strong emphasis on building trusted relationships across the organization.

As Senior Counsel, Commercial, you will support Core Weave’s international expansion transactions, with a particular focus on deals in both EMEA and APAC. You will focus primarily on structuring and executing transactions for Omni, Core Weave’s cloud-as-a-service delivery model, while also supporting broader commercial matters across Core Weave’s infrastructure and SaaS deal pipelines as business needs evolve.
