Service Now Test Engineer Role Summary
The Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance across Service Now implementations, AI-enabled workflows, and platform releases. The role will also include validation of AI-generated outcomes and automated testing.
Experience- Minimum 5+ years Service Now testing experience
- Experience with in regulated European enterprises
- Experience with AI validation and test automation
- Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and AI validation test cases
- Implement automated testing using ATF and enterprise testing frameworks
- Validate AI-generated recommendations, prompts, and agent responses
- Perform release assurance and quality governance activities
- Support UAT and production deployment readiness reviews
- Ensure auditability and traceability of testing activities
- Service Now ATF (Automated Test Framework)
- Functional and Integration Testing
- API Testing
- AI Validation Testing
- Defect Management
- Release Assurance
- Service Now Certified System Administrator
- ISTQB
- Service Now ATF Certification
