Test Execution
- Executefunctional,regressionandcrossdevicetestingacrosscampaignsandwebsitecontent,workingtothetestplanssetbythe
ContentQALead. - Checkcontentagainsttheapprovedbrief,including copy,links,imagery,pricing,termsandcallstoaction.
- Raiseandlogbugs,issuesanddiscrepanciesclearly,withthedetailneededtoreproduceandfixthemwithoutafollowupconversation.
- Assignanaccurateseveritysothattheteamcanprioritise,andflaganythingthatwouldblockareleasestraighttothe
ContentQALead.
- Checklocalisedcontentforaccuracy,completenessandcorrectregionalvariants,escalatinganythingthatreadsincorrectlyforamarket.
- Testagainstbrand,accessibilityandcompliancechecklistsassetbytheQALeadand
Manager.
- Support the
ContentQALeadduringpeakcampaignperiodsandhighvolumereleasecycles. - Contributetotestcasesandchecklists,andsuggestimprovementswhereacheckisrepeatedlycatchingthesameissue.
- AdvancedexperiencewithAEM(Adobe Experience Manager )
- PreviousexperienceinQA,digitalproduction,webpublishingoracomparabledetailfocusedrole.
- Someexposuretodigitalcampaigns,CMSplatformsorconsumerwebsites.
- ComfortableusingQAandticketingtoolssuchas
Jira,andwillingtolearntoolssuchas
Browser
StackandCMSplatforms.
