The postholder will work closely with colleagues across the business and external service providers to support business operations and ensure adherence to IT standards and processes

What Will You Do?

  • Receive, manage and document IT service requests and incidents through our service desk.

  • Provide first-line and developing second-line support, with guidance from experienced IT colleagues.

  • Support the setup, configuration and deployment of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and ePOS equipment.

  • Assist with the installation and configuration of software and technology solutions.

  • Gain hands-on experience with technologies including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Windows, Intune, MECM, SharePoint, iOS and other business applications.

  • Support retail stores, offices and warehouse locations with on-site and remote IT requirements.

  • Assist with technology preparation for new initiatives, projects, store activities and business changes.

  • Support our sustainability initiatives, including the responsible reuse and recycling of technology in line with WEEE requirements.

  • Assist with IT administration, procurement and relationships with technology suppliers.

  • Help create and maintain simple, useful IT guidance and training materials for colleagues.

  • Follow L'Occitane Group security, data protection and IT policies.

  • Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion, asking for help when needed.
