Salary: £35,000 - 42,000 per year
Requirements- Enterprise Wi-Fi troubleshooting and support
- LAN/WAN experience
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and VPNs knowledge
- Experience with switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points
- CCNA certification or equivalent networking qualification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Provide technical support across networking, infrastructure and end-user environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and Wi‑Fi issues
- Manage and respond to support tickets in line with agreed service levels
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers where required
- Deliver remote and onsite support to customer environments
- Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades and migrations
- Configure and support network switches, routers, firewalls and wireless solutions
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records
- Work closely with customers to ensure exceptional service delivery

We are an established IT infrastructure and managed services provider seeking two Network Support Engineers to join our growing technical team in Central London. This is an office-based role, five days a week, supporting a diverse portfolio of customers across the hospitality sector. We offer a salary of £35,000 to £42,000 and the opportunity to develop expertise across enterprise networking, Wi‑Fi technologies, cloud platforms, and infrastructure support.
