CRM Systems & Management, IT Business Analyst, Systems Administrator
Alpha International runs a Salesforce instance that sits at the heart of how it operates — managing relationships, tracking fundraising activity, and keeping data clean and useful across the organisation. This role is the primary administrator for that instance. We also have a number of other business systems such as our email marketing solution Campaign Monitor, many of which are linked to Salesforce.
This role will also be responsible for system administration and change management across these systems.
With a primary focus on Salesforce, but working across our other business systems, you'll work closely with the Head of CRM to keep the platforms healthy, translate business needs into well-built solutions, and make sure people across Alpha International can get genuine value from the tools at their disposal. It's a hands-on configuration and administration role, but it's not a ticket queue.
We want someone who notices what's not working before anyone asks, who asks good questions when a brief lands on their desk, and who brings a business analyst's eye to platform work as well as a technical one.
Applications for this role will close on Sunday 4th October. The salary range for this position is between £40,000 - £43,000.
