Service Designer

Join a growing digital services team helping organisations design and deliver  human-centred digital services  that create real-world impact.
As a  Senior Service Designer , youll lead strategic service design, working closely with clients, users and multidisciplinary Agile teams to improve existing services and create new propositions.

Key responsibilities:

Lead strategic planning across complex services.
Create  service blueprints, service maps and value propositions .
Lead workshops and facilitate stakeholders towards shared outcomes.
Design and improve  user-centred services .
Translate complex organisational and technical problems into clear solutions.
Work closely with Agile teams, clients and senior stakeholders.
Support service delivery and manage cross-team dependencies.
Looking for:
Strong experience in  Service Design / User-Centred Design .
Experience working with  Agile delivery teams .
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
Experience creating  service maps, blueprints and journey maps .
Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate visually.
Comfortable operating at a  senior/consulting level .
