We are seeking an experienced LoanIQ SME to lead the strategic development, optimisation, and delivery of Loan IQ for one of our largest client.

This role sits at the intersection of business, operations, and technology, owning the product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities for complex lending platforms and transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will join a Project Team to provide dedicated LoanIQ Training to users across Business and Technology areas in the Client Lending space.

• Own the definition of a detailed training plan to be delivered to a range of experienced Lending SMEs across technology and business areas.
• Work with existing Loan Product and LoanIQ SMEs to create training material to be delivered as part of the LoanIQ implementation project.
• Lending Basics:
  Deliver Lending Business training covering basic concepts including Lending Principles, Bilateral and Syndicated Lending and Loans Secondary Trading.
• Advanced Lending Concepts:
  Deliver business training covering advanced topics including, but not limited to, Fee types, Interest Calculation, Loan Lifecycle Management, Document tracking and Accounting methods.
• LoanIQ Business:
  Deliver training tailored for LoanIQ Business users including fundamentals covering Loan Lifecycle Management, Accounting & Control, Cashflows & Payments, etc…
• Data Net:
  Deliver business and technical user training covering the Data Net product, including an overview of readily available reports and instructions on how to configure new reports using the tool.
• LoanIQ Technical:
  Deliver training targeting LoanIQ technical and support users. This should include LoanIQ System & Batch Configuration, the LoanIQ Data Model and Queries, etc…
• Software Development Kit (SDK):
  Technical training covering the LoanIQ SDK, development and release practices.
• Ensure the audience of the training are fully equipped to carry on the maintenance and delivery of the training material going forward.

• SME Knowledge of the Loan Product / Syndicate Lending Business and LoanIQ application/data model as well as version 7+ of the LoanIQ application.
• 8+ years of LoanIQ experience with either a background in LoanIQ Product Ownership or a role in Loan Operations.
• Extensive experience of delivering Loan Product and LoanIQ training to business and technical audiences.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

• Experience leading Loan IQ implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of commercial lending, corporate banking, leveraged finance, private credit, or structured finance products.
• Familiarity with lending data models, integration architectures, APIs, and reporting solutions.
• Experience working within consulting, professional services, or technology services organisations.
• Agile Product Owner, Scrum, SAFe, or related certifications.
