Senior CRM Executive on maternity cover for 12–14 months FTC at this well-established mid-sized international law firm. London-based, hybrid working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior CRM Executive to join this top-tier mid-sized global law firm on maternity cover for 12 – 14 months. With the reputation and reach of a global firm, but the agility of a smaller organisation, this is a great environment for someone who wants to have a genuine impact and see their ideas brought to life.

Reporting to the Head of Systems, you will be part of a collaborative MBD team of around 80 professionals globally. This is a great role for someone who enjoys having a lot of face time with stakeholders, helping troubleshoot, training end users and working with the global BD teams.

Experience in Inter Action and Vuture is required, as they need someone to hit the ground running.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee Inter Action, including data quality management and folder management
• Champion Inter Action across the firm and support the BD strategy
• Deliver user training on Inter Action and Vuture to the BD and Marketing Team as well as other users
• Lead on campaign execution
• Work closely with the CRM Steward to resolve data issues
