Head of Data Services | London / Hybrid - Up to £95,000  benefits A leading digital marketing agency is looking for a Head of Data Services to lead and grow a multidisciplinary data function from its London office. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who combines strong technical data expertise with commercial thinking and an inspiring leadership style.

The role:

Set the strategic direction for Data Services across BI, Data Science, Digital Analytics and Google Marketing Platform Lead the function's AI transformation, embedding AI into delivery, processes and capability Own commercial performance, identifying growth opportunities and supporting pitches Provide technical leadership across analytics, tagging, MMM, BI and GMP Lead and develop a senior leadership/practitioner team, with responsibility for a large wider function Represent the data practice with C-suite clients and senior marketing stakeholders We're looking for: 7-10 years' relevant experience Strong leadership experience across multiple data/marketing disciplines Agency experience preferred, particularly within the media/marketing ecosystem Technical credibility across analytics, BI, MMM and/or GMP - you don't need to be hands-on day-to-day, but must be able to challenge and guide technical teams A strong commercial track record, with demonstrable impact on revenue, growth and client relationships Experience leading and developing high-performing teams Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the presence to engage senior clients and stakeholders Package:
