We work with digital-native companies and large enterprises across industries including AI, internet, e-commerce, retail, advertising, media, entertainment, gaming and emerging digital businesses, helping them identify new opportunities created by frontier AI technologies and turn them into scalable products and business outcomes.

We are looking for AI Solution Architects who are excited about the rapidly evolving AI landscape, enjoy solving ambiguous problems, and can bridge cutting-edge technology with real business opportunities.

• Work closely with customers, sales, and product teams to identify high-value AI use cases and emerging business opportunities across different industries; deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and business models, and translate them into practical technical solutions using Byte Plus AI models and cloud technologies.
• Explore frontier AI capabilities across video, image, language, audio, and multimodal models, continuously identifying new applications enabled by advances in AI.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures and lead technical discovery, workshops, demos, prototypes, and PoCs; build or work closely with engineering teams to implement customer solutions and accelerate their journey from concept to production.
• Engage directly with customer stakeholders from engineering teams to C-level executives, clearly communicating both technical possibilities and business value; work with strategic customers throughout the full lifecycle from opportunity discovery through implementation, adoption, and expansion.
• Capture recurring customer needs and market signals, identify Product Market-Fit gaps, and work closely with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap; develop repeatable industry solutions, best practices, and reference architectures that can be scaled across customers and markets.
• Support customers with day-to-day technical challenges and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Proactively explore new AI-native products, workflows, industries, and business models rather than waiting for predefined customer requirements.

• Strong technical foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent hands‑on technical experience.
• We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• AI-native / internet businesses
• E-commerce and retail
• Advertising and Mar Tech
• Media and publishing
• Social and creator platforms
• Entertainment
• Film, VFX and short-form drama
• Gaming
• Other fast-growing digital businesses

Alternatively, candidates with strong domain expertise working with large traditional enterprises are also highly valued.

• Strong curiosity toward emerging AI technologies, with a demonstrated habit of actively testing new models, tools, and AI-native products.
• Experience with APIs, software engineering, cloud technologies, AI/ML systems, or data technologies.
• Hands‑on coding ability, particularly in python, agent coding, etc., understand the customer‑oriented thinking and processes for MVP products.
• Experience working in a B2B environment as a software engineer, solutions engineer, solution architect, FDE, consultant, product specialist, technical business development professional, or similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders, with comfort leading technical discussions, solution workshops, and customer presentations.
