As a Junior AI Engineer, you will support the design, development and deployment of AI-driven solutions that address real-world client challenges. Working closely with senior engineers, data scientists and consultants, you will contribute to projects across a range of industries, gaining hands-on experience in both technical delivery and client-facing work.

You will assist in building, training and evaluating machine learning models, including data preparation, feature engineering and model testing. You will write clean, well-documented code and support the integration of AI solutions into existing systems and workflows. A key part of the role involves analysing data, identifying patterns and helping translate analytical insights into practical recommendations.

Beyond technical delivery, you will play an active role in collaborative problem-solving. This includes participating in workshops, stand-ups and design discussions, and clearly communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You will be expected to ask thoughtful questions, seek feedback and continuously develop your skills in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

You will also support best practices around model governance, ethical AI and data security, ensuring solutions are robust, explainable and aligned with client and regulatory expectations. As part of a growing team, you will contribute to internal knowledge sharing, documentation and the continuous improvement of tools and processes.

This role is ideal for someone with strong foundations in AI and software engineering, combined with curiosity, adaptability and a genuine interest in delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
