Stakeholder partnership, training & change
- Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and House management teams on all things Dayforce.
- Design and deliver training and user guides for HR partners, House managers and FOH team leads, and maintain a network of local super‑users across Houses.
- Manage a structured change control and testing process for any configuration change, however small, before it reaches production.

- Manage and monitor integrations between Dayforce and third‑party systems (recruitment ATS, benefits providers, finance systems, payroll) via APIs and file feeds.
- Drive automation of manual, repetitive HR admin processes, working with P&D and IT to scope and deliver improvements.
