The Role You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining proprietary Mar Tech products, automation solutions, and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities include:

* Building scalable applications and integrations using JavaScript, Type Script, and Node.js
* Developing cloud-native and serverless solutions, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
* Creating API integrations and automated data pipelines
* Supporting the development of AI and agent-based solutions using modern frameworks
* Collaborating with digital marketing teams across SEO, Paid Media, and Analytics to solve business challenges
* Maintaining and enhancing existing internal and client-facing products
* Troubleshooting technical issues and improving platform performance
* Contributing to innovation, best practices, and technical strategy across the engineering function Your Skills & Experience
* Strong commercial experience with JavaScript, Type Script, and Node.js
* Experience developing and deploying cloud solutions, ideally within GCP
* Familiarity with serverless architectures and API development
* Experience working with AI tools, LLM applications, or agentic frameworks such as Lang Chain or CrewAI
* Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React
* Experience working within a digital agency, marketing technology, or consulting environment
* Understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, Paid Media, Content, or Analytics
* Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable:
* Experience with Big Query or other cloud-based data warehouse technologies
* Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data engineering concepts
* Experience building dashboards or data visualisation solutions
