An exciting opportunity for a data and analytics professional to use customer data to improve campaign targeting and performance. You will combine strong SQL skills with data visualisation and commercial insight to support data-driven marketing decisions.

They are an established organisation with a strong focus on using customer data to improve decision-making. Their analytics function works closely with stakeholders to understand campaign performance and optimise customer targeting. You will join a collaborative environment where your insights can directly influence marketing activity and customer communications.

• Develop customer selections for marketing, research and service communications.
• Use SQL to extract and analyse customer data for campaign targeting.
• Build and enhance self-service dashboards to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
• Deliver actionable insights from test and learn activity.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Develop quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and compliant outputs.
• Present complex analysis clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong commercial SQL experience.
• Experience with data visualisation, ideally Power BI or a similar platform.
• Experience delivering customer, campaign or marketing analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate data into insights that support strategic decisions.
• Experience with in a compliance-led environment would be beneficial.
• Degree-level education or equivalent.
