As the Director of Content & Publishing Operations, you will take ownership of our global content operations and lead our centralized team of content production professionals across editing, design, translation, platform usability, and multimedia. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for producing and publishing research content while driving the continual evolution of tools, capabilities, systems, and processes that power our organization's strategic vision.

You'll set a comprehensive 3-year strategic plan underpinned by clearly defined goals and budgets aligned with business priorities and customer demands, while fostering a positive, engaged culture across globally distributed teams.
