Job DescriptionASPIRE is Version 1 managed service framework that is currently transforming the way our customers consume services. The framework is continually evolving to ensure we are always delivering next generation services. Technology plays a key part in providing the underlying platform and capabilities. We are seeking a creative and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Service Now Architect.
The role will involve leveraging Service Now to deliver superior automation, user experiences and integration with various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to gather, analyse, and translate business and technical requirements into scalable Service Now solution designs and architecture.
- Support pre-sales activities by participating in solution workshops, proposal development, customer presentations, and platform demonstrations.
- Rapidly assess and understand customer’s existing Service Now implementations to provide effective architectural guidance and support.
- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn, adopt, and architect solutions across new Service Now products, modules, and platform capabilities as required by customer engagements.
- Collaborate closely with development, platform, and project teams to ensure solutions are delivered in alignment with architectural standards, business requirements, and agreed timelines.
- Provide strategic consulting to customers by recommending platform best practices and alternative approaches, challenging unnecessary customizations, and promoting out-of-the-box capabilities whenever feasible.
- Facilitate the implementation and integration of Service Now to other platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.
- Test, review and oversee the launch of Service Now solutions to ensure they function as expected and provide significant improvement to the organisation's efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of expertise in the latest industry technologies and trends in Service Now.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on Service Now Technical Architect experience
- Proven track record of improving processes and effectiveness through automation.
- Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of enterprise-level solutions.
- Proficient in creating comprehensive and strategic Service Now architecture plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with Customers, team members and stakeholders
- At least 2 of the following certifications;
- Certified Technical Architect (Preferred)
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Application Developer
- Implementation Specialist (Customer Service Management)
- Implementation Specialist (Service Mapping)
- Implementation Specialist (Discovery)
