Role
- We are seeking an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) Solution Architect to own the end-to-end architecture across a major Procurement and Finance transformation.

This senior role requires deep expertise across SAP S/4

HANA, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and Open Text/SAP VIM, covering the complete Source-to-Pay life cycle from Sourcing and Contract Management through Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice Processing, Expenses, Payments and Reporting.

You will act as the S2P design authority, defining scalable and integrated solutions across Procurement and Finance while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, financial controls, data governance and regulatory requirements.

• S2P Solution Architecture
  • Own the end-to-end Source-to-Pay architecture across Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement/P2P, Invoice Processing, Expenses, Payments and Reporting
    .
  • Design integrated solutions across SAP S/4
    
    HANA, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and Open Text/SAP VIM
    .
  • Define scalable architecture patterns across procurement, invoice automation and expense management
    , driving standardisation and reuse.
• SAP & Platform Integration
  • Design and govern integrations across SAP S/4
    
    HANA MM/FI, Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contracts, Concur and VIM
    .
  • Define end-to-end master data, transactional data and financial posting flows across the S2P landscape.
  • Ensure robust and auditable 3-way matching, invoice processing, financial postings and expense accounting
    .
• Procurement, Finance & Controls
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable and Tax stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective solution designs.
  • Architect approval workflows, tolerances, controls and exception handling
    , ensuring alignment with procurement policies and financial controls.
  • Ensure solutions meet audit, security, compliance and regulatory requirements
    , including SOX and GDPR where applicable.
• Architecture Governance & Delivery
  • Act as the design authority for S2P
    , reviewing and approving solution designs, functional specifications and integration documentation.
  • Provide architecture governance across System Integrators, vendors and internal delivery teams
    , driving consistency across programmes and releases.
  • Provide architecture oversight throughout build, testing, cutover, go-live and post-production
    , managing risks and ensuring solution integrity.

• 7-10+ years' SAP S2P/Procurement/Finance experience
  , with proven responsibility for complex end-to-end solution architecture.
• Deep expertise across SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, SAP Concur and Open Text/SAP VIM
  , with a strong understanding of how these platforms integrate across the S2P life cycle.
• Strong end-to-end knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, Invoice Management and Travel & Expense processes.
• Strong SAP Ariba expertise across Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing and Contracts
  , integrated with S/4
  
  HANA procurement and Finance.
• Proven experience designing complex SAP and SaaS integrations
  , including master data, transactional data and financial posting flows.
• Deep understanding of invoice processing, 3-way matching, AP, financial postings, approval workflows, tolerances and financial controls
  .
• Strong architecture governance capability, with experience acting as a Solution/Design Authority across complex enterprise programmes and multi-vendor delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, AP, Tax, Technology and Architecture
  .
