HANA and SAP-enabled Finance Transformation programmes.

As a Manager within the SAP practice, you will specialise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), with the opportunity to:

• Be part of a high-performing team of functional consultants designing and building SAP-enabled finance solutions for large-scale S/4
  
  HANA transformation programmes.
• Ensure the latest SAP functionality and best practices are incorporated into solution design.
• Understand business process design and enable these processes through SAP functionality.
• Embrace standard SAP wherever possible and ensure proposed enhancements utilise appropriate modern techniques.
• Develop strong and lasting client relationships.
• Participate in practice development activities, supporting sales initiatives and internal capability development.
• Keep up to date with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Financial Accounting innovations and the SAP product roadmap.
• Work in a consulting environment with exposure to a variety of projects, industries and business challenges.
• Work with the latest SAP technologies, including AI and automation innovations.
• Access ongoing SAP and professional development opportunities, including SAP certification.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate experience in:

• Hands‑on configuration of core SAP S/4
  
  HANA Financial Accounting, including General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank Accounting.
• Integration between SAP FI and Controlling, as well as other relevant SAP modules.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, concepts and processes.
• Understanding of SAP Enterprise Structure concepts and how these align with organisational and business structures.
• Participating in or facilitating Fit‑to‑Standard workshops and translating business requirements into functional designs.
• Completing solution design, configuration, unit testing, documentation and other project deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Preparing functional specifications for development objects.
• Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues both onshore and offshore.
• Building strong professional relationships with client stakeholders, project leaders and peers.
• Producing high-quality deliverables and documentation.
• Identifying and escalating timeline concerns, risks and issues to project leadership.
• Strong understanding of SAP Best Practices.

• Qualified or part‑qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Security cleared or able to obtain security clearance.
• Experience working across both private and public sector environments.
