Project Manager – Microsoft Technologies
Remote – UK | £500–£550 per day | Outside IR35 | Initial 6 Months
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a range of Microsoft-focused technology projects for a leading Microsoft Partner.
This role requires a Microsoft generalist rather than someone specialising in one particular technology. You’ll need broad experience managing projects across areas such as Microsoft AI, Cloud/Infrastructure and Business Applications, working with technical teams and customers to ensure successful delivery.

The Role
You will take ownership of multiple customer-facing technology projects, managing them from initiation through to successful delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
 
* Managing Microsoft technology projects valued at up to £500k
 
* Managing project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and governance
 
* Working closely with customers, consultants, architects and technical delivery teams
 
* Managing senior customer stakeholders and providing clear project reporting
 
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and against agreed objectives
 
* Managing project financials, forecasting and commercial performance
 
* Identifying and resolving delivery risks and issues
 
* Driving a consistent, high-quality approach to project delivery
These responsibilities build on the source role’s focus on customer delivery, governance, risk, financial management and collaboration across consulting, architecture and commercial teams.
Essential Experience
To be considered, you must have:
 
* Minimum 5 years' experience managing technology projects
 
* Demonstrable experience managing projects with budgets of up to £500k
 
* Broad Microsoft technology experience across areas such as:
     
* AI / Microsoft Copilot
     
* Azure / Cloud Infrastructure
     
* Microsoft 365
     
* Business Applications / Power Platform / Dynamics
 
* Strong project governance, risk and financial management experience
 
* Excellent customer and senior stakeholder management skills
 
* Experience working within a Microsoft Partner, technology consultancy or professional services environment would be highly advantageous
 
* PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management certification desirable

Candidates without at least 5 years' Project Management experience and demonstrable experience managing projects up to £500k will not be considered.
