Ux​/ui designer e-commerce

Essilor Luxottica designs, manufactures, and distributes ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses. It provides vision care products, consumer brands, vision care services, shopping experiences, and e-commerce platforms in over 150 countries.

• Design, prototype, and validate optimised user journeys across multiple brands and markets
• Lead A/B testing initiatives and use insights to drive continuous improvement
• Champion UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring consistency and measurable impact
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and analysts in Agile sprints to deliver high-quality solutions
• Maintain and evolve scalable UX frameworks to streamline workflows and enhance consistency
• Create responsive, accessible prototypes in Figma and embed localisation and usability principles
• Use AI-driven tools to accelerate research and ideation, improving speed and quality
• Translate user insights into design decisions that improve conversion, engagement, and revenue

• A strong portfolio showcasing commercially focused UX/UI design for e-commerce
• Expertise in user-centred design methodologies and Figma
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
• A data-informed approach to design, balancing creativity with business impact
