James Carrera of Digital Data Foundation is sourcing a Legal Solutions Analyst to gather business requirements and using a combination of technology and process change,provide solutions making the use of existing and new technologies.
Elicit business requirements, and develop solutions, outcomes and change activities
Recommend process solutions based on suitability, cost and feasibility
Maintain solutions deliver quality / cost and all performance is measurable against brief
ExperienceEducated to degree level in Law and / or Technology, you will already have at least 3 years(combination of paralegal + Legal Tech) in a similar or progressive role;
Legal Tech(Big Hand, Nuanace, Literta)
Demonstratedability to break down complex problems, identify solutions
Develop financialtools to track and forecast against budget
Projectlifecycle methodologies such as Prince 2, Waterfall and Agile and IT best practice frameworks such as ITIL
