Senior ServiceNow Architect

We're looking for a Senior Service Now Architect to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level Service Now solutions that support digital transformation and scalable workflows. You will work at the intersection of cloud, data, and AI, creating architectures that ensure security, performance, and extensibility.

This position provides an opportunity to influence strategic initiatives, collaborate with experts across practices, and deliver real business impact through innovative Service Now capabilities.

Responsibilities Design and architect scalable Service Now solutions that meet enterprise requirements

Ensure adherence to best practices in development, integration, and governance

Collaborate with clients and partners to define business needs and translate them into architectural designs

Lead technical decision-making and drive the AI strategy within Service Now projects

Mentor development teams and facilitate knowledge sharing across practices

Contribute to internal intellectual property and create Service Now-based solutions

Support internal initiatives, including knowledge base maintenance and governance processes

Participate in practice-related marketing and knowledge-sharing activities Requirements
12+ years of experience delivering Service Now solutions at an enterprise level

Deep expertise in Service Now architecture, platform capabilities, and integration patterns

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of influencing teams and stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work on complex projects

Service

Now certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CADExcellent English communication skills

Nice to have

Experience with AI-driven initiatives within Service Now projects

Knowledge of emerging Service Now modules and ecosystem developments
