WHAT TO EXPECT

Our scheme consists of three rotations over the course of two years, including:

Cybersecurity Technology Strategy & Assurance

Cybersecurity Services Delivery Management

During the programme, you will build a core understanding of our strategy and operations across different domains and markets and try different roles for accelerated growth. You could work as a Business Information Security consultant, facilitating cross-market security initiatives end to end. You could be investigating new technology concepts and articulating their relevance and impact to senior stakeholders. The roles will be varied, some strategic, others more operational, giving you a flavour of different career paths.

You may also have the option in your second year for an international rotation within our Operating Companies and Ventures. As AI becomes increasingly embedded across technology and security, you may also gain exposure to AI-enabled security tooling, automation and emerging risks associated with AI systems, including how software and data can be used to strengthen security operations and engineering.
