We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, entrepreneurial, and close-knit environment where individuals are empowered to grow their careers, build meaningful relationships, and make an impact from day one.
Through comprehensive training, mentorship, social events, and a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and community, we strive to create a place where talented people can do their best work and build long-term careers.

Insurance & Asset Management
Alpha's Data & AI team works at the centre of our clients’ growth, enabling leading insurers and asset managers to build data platforms they can trust. Our engineers work alongside client teams on live delivery, from pipeline builds through to agentic workflows, helping some of the biggest names in the industry modernise how they work with data.
