Global Director of Talent Operations

Location: Central London (2 days a week + international travel)

Business: Series C AI business growing from 550 to 2000 globally by year end

TA Team Size: 30 growing to 100 by year end
Ta Operations Team Size
: 5, growing to 10 by year end (1x Ops Manager, 4 Coordinators)
Peers: Head of EMEA TA, Head of APAC TA, Head of US TA

Tech Stack: Greenhouse, Meta View, Good Time
The Role:

• Build TA Operations from the ground up, on a global scale
• Hire a high performing global TA Ops team
• Drive exceptional CX and coordination whilst hiring at unprecedented volumes
• Own all TA tooling and vendor relationships
• Drive AI innovation and enablement across the TA team
• Own the development of an world-class Employer Brand
• Create TA KPIs/OKRs/funnel metrics and build a TA dashboard
• Roll out a number of critical global TA project rollouts including interviewer training

What are we looking for?

Must-haves:

• Track record building a world-class TA Ops functions from the ground up
• Tooling & TA Technology expert, with strong implementation experience
• Deep understanding of AI innovation and enablement in TA workflows
• Talent insights and intelligence expertise, with extremely strong analytical skills
• Project management and global rollout experience
• Demonstrable hustle and ability to work at high speed
• Experience leading teams of c10 people
• International experience

Nice-To Haves:

• Global experience (we’d consider strong regional leads ready to step up)
• Startup or scale-up / Tech sector experience (we’d consider other industries)
• Employer branding experience (whilst you’d own EB, it’s not a pre-requisite)

Approach:

• High IQ, high energy. Low ego
• Strong executive influence, comfortable with high visibility

• You need clear direction – we aren’t looking for someone who needs their hand held.
• You aren’t willing to get their hands dirty (to give you an idea, the SVP TA is running searches himself)

What’s the process like?

• Meet with the SVP TA – either over VC or Face to Face
• Meet with 2 or 3 regional TA leaders (EMEA/APAC/US heads)
• Meet with peers across People Ops, the CPO, or both
• Presentation/case: 30-60-90 day plan
