A benchmarked salary between£75,000 to £85,000

Croud's Global Analytics Organisation is central to the growth of our business and the success of your clients, as a key differentiator; delivering industry-leading, high-value analytics solutions and services that create measurable business impact for our clients.

As a team with various different capabilities, Global Analytics services around 50 brands including many major international brands such as Coach, Ford, Jimmy Choo and Nespresso. As a Senior Data Scientist, this role will have the opportunity to work with our clients on leading edge analytics methods technologies, increasingly shaped by AI and driving predictive and agentic marketing solutions across all digital channels.

The role also includes a significant input into product development, with support for iterating on analytical methods using tools including Claude Code.

In fulfilling the responsibilities outlined below, the role will deliver for our clients, work with other data scientists and engineers both at Croud and in client and partner agencies, and consult with our internal cross departmental service teams.

The Senior Data Scientist will complement our team of analysts and engineers bringing increased knowledge and expertise with data science methodologies,working systematically to improve supervised machine learning performance and work directly with clients to ensure high business impact from our data science solutions.

At Croud we run a number of cloud hosted modeling services which apply predictive methods to client data about their customer behavior particularly in relation to marketing, website interactions and online conversions. We primarily use Python, classical ML techniques, and rapid iteration leveraging AI. Our methods require custom adaptations in terms of methods, features, optimization methods, and ML algorithm selection, as well as robust training and evaluation.

You will help apply and improve the approaches we have developed, as well as developing new approaches where required, working collaboratively with the team. Additionally, you will enhance the overall data science analysis and modeling process.…
