SRE - DevOps Engineer

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Dev Ops Engineer to join a growing engineering team responsible for operating and evolving a cloud-native SaaS platform hosted on AWS. You will play a key role in maintaining platform reliability, improving automation, supporting production environments, and driving Infrastructure as Code and Git Ops best practices.

Working closely with software engineers and platform teams, you will help build scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure whilst ensuring smooth delivery and operation of business-critical services.

• Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure, including EKS, RDS PostgreSQL, VPC and IAM.
• Operate and support production Kubernetes clusters.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Implement and manage Git Ops deployment processes using ArgoCD.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines leveraging Git Hub Actions.
• Manage secrets and credentials using Hashi Corp Vault.
• Monitor system performance, availability and reliability across production environments.
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and platform scalability.
• Drive automation initiatives and operational excellence across the platform.

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly:
  • EKS
  • RDS PostgreSQL
  • IAM
  • VPC
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code expertise using Terraform.
• Experience implementing Git Ops practices with ArgoCD.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Hashi Corp Vault or similar secrets management solutions.
• Experience supporting production SaaS or Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• Understanding of cloud security and operational best practices.

• Grafana, Prometheus, Loki and Open Telemetry.
• Service Mesh technologies.
• Kubernetes Cluster Autoscaling.
• Workflow orchestration platforms.
• VPN and private connectivity solutions.
• Security hardening and compliance initiatives.
• Python scripting and automation.
• Experience working within SaaS environments.
