D365 Platform Lead

The D365 Platform Lead joins the organisation’s digital transformation initiative, overseeing the strategic development and support of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment. This role is integral to evolving a business-critical platform within a dynamic, technology-focused environment.

The D365 Platform Lead is responsible for defining the technical architecture, ongoing development, and governance of the organisation’s Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate. You will lead a technical team, coordinate with external partners, and ensure platform delivery aligns with strategic business outcomes. Success hinges on maintaining a scalable, secure, and highly available CRM platform that supports the organisation’s objectives.

• Demonstrate experience delivering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, including Dataverse, solution management, security models, and integration techniques.
• Proven track record of designing CRM platforms supporting enterprise-scale strategic outcomes.
• Build integration solutions using APIs, plugins, and Azure-based services.
• Implement governance frameworks, Dev Ops practices, and ALM processes across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Use Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
• Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Lead internal technical teams and coordinate third-party delivery partners.
