About the Role
We are looking for a curious and innovative Legal Technology & Innovation Analyst to help transform how legal services are delivered across the business. Working at the intersection of Legal, Operations, and Technology, you will find opportunities to improve processes, enhance productivity, and deliver value through technology, automation, data, and AI.
You will help design, configure, implement, and support legal technology solutions while driving adoption and continuous improvement across the legal function.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Solution Design   Partner with Legal, Legal Operations, and Technology teams to understand challenges and find opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate workshops and gather requirements to design scalable, user-focused solutions.
Translate business needs into practical technology-enabled outcomes.

Technology & Innovation Delivery   Design, configure, test, and support legal technology solutions, including:
Document automation Workflow automation Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Matter and document management systems AI and productivity tools Low-code/no-code platforms
Support innovation initiatives, pilots, proof-of-concepts, and process improvement projects.

Adoption & Continuous Improvement   Drive successful adoption of new technologies through training, communications, and user support.
Find opportunities to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
Stay informed of emerging Legal Tech and AI trends and recommend improvements.

Data, Governance & Quality   Use data and insights to measure adoption, performance, and business value.
Support testing, quality assurance, and release activities.
Ensure solutions align with security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements.
Maintain documentation, playbooks, and operating procedures.

Skills & Experience
Essential   Knowledge of legal technology, workflow automation, digital transformation, or process improvement.
Understanding of technologies such as document automation, CLM, workflow platforms, legal AI tools, or low-code/no-code solutions.
Interest in AI, automation, and innovation, including Generative AI and emerging technologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Experience gathering requirements, improving processes, or supporting technology implementations.
Ability to work multi-functionally across business and technical teams.

Desirable
Experience or exposure to:
CLM, document management, or matter management platforms.
Document automation tools such as Contract Express, Litera, Hot Docs, Definely, or Doc assemble.
Microsoft Power Platform, BRYTER, Onit, or similar workflow tools.
Legal AI platforms such as Copilot, Harvey, Claude, Legora, Luminance, or Wordsmith.
Basic technical skills including Python, JavaScript, SQL, or data analytics.
Process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Legal Operations, law firm, in-house legal, or Legal Tech environments.
Relevant certifications in Legal Tech, Business Analysis, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
