This role sits within the IT Business Core Systems team and drives the CRO programme that supports sizable ecommerce operations and the shift toward unified commerce.
What Will You Do?As a UX/UI Researcher at Elemis, you will own the experimentation strategy and roadmap by turning customer, performance, and business insights into clear priorities. You will direct the CRO agency, configure AB Tasty tests, and lead business UAT while ensuring every experiment includes a hypothesis and measurement plan. Additionally, you will combine behavioral analytics from Contentsquare and GA4 with qualitative research to diagnose friction and deliver actionable recommendations across markets.
