As a SEO Marketer Customer Success Manager, you drive impact for Bright Edge’s most sophisticated customers from launch all the way through the customer lifecycle. You evangelise the value of a well-implemented SEO analytics environment and when you build that value, great things happen for your customer. Bright Edge is the gold standard for SEO data, and you bring this to life by ensuring that the platform is tailored to the multiple divisions of a large organization.

You are with your customer every step of the way to make Bright Edge make a difference to their business.

• Drive Business Outcomes – Turn customer data and digital marketing insights into strategies that improve brand visibility and business performance.
• Analyze & Present Data – Analyze customer data, identify meaningful insights, and confidently present findings and recommendations to customer leaders and executives.
• Translate Business Needs – Understand customer goals and translate them into effective platform workflows, reporting, research, and use cases.
• Drive Adoption & Engagement – Lead customer sessions, train teams across divisions, and drive platform adoption through ongoing education and strategic partnership.
• Expand Customer Impact – Build strong relationships, identify opportunities to increase platform value, and enable advanced AI-powered use cases that support long-term customer success.

• 5+ years of relevant experience managing multiple customer accounts, ideally in Customer Success, Digital Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Data & Business Acumen – Ability to uncover business needs, analyze data, develop insights, and present recommendations to customers and executive stakeholders
• Platform & Project Management - Experience driving technology adoption, managing complex integrations, and partnering with technical and business stakeholders
• Digital Marketing Expertise - Strong understanding of digital marketing with working knowledge of SEO
• Analytics Experience — Enterprise experience with Tableau, Domo, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms
