M-to-Senior Cloud / Dev Ops Engineer (eDV) – London
Location: London
Level: SFIA 3–5
Clearance: Active eDV required
Focus: AWS / Cloud / Dev Ops / Platform Engineering
You’re used to working high-side, you’re technically solid, and you probably already know your way around secure delivery.
The question is whether your current role is still moving you forward.
I’m supporting a growing National Security consultancy in London that’s continuing to build out its Cloud and Dev Ops capability across live programmes, with opportunities spanning SFIA 3–5.
This is a good fit for engineers who want to stay hands‑on, broaden their technical exposure and progress towards Senior, Lead or Architecture‑level responsibilities without having to leave the business to do it.
What you’ll be working with- AWS
- Terraform
- Kubernetes / Docker
- Linux
- CI/CD
- Python / Bash
- Infrastructure as Code
- Secure cloud and platform environments
You’ll be working across high-side environments where reliability, automation and secure delivery genuinely matter.
The team is smaller and more modern than many of the larger secure consultancies, with strong access to technical leadership and scope to take on more ownership as your capability grows.
Why it’s worth a look- Clear SFIA-led progression
- Strong AWS / Dev Ops engineering focus
- Live National Security programmes
- Broader exposure than sitting on one narrow account
- Better hybrid flexibility than much of the secure market
- Strong feedback from engineers we’ve already introduced and placed into the team
Active eDV clearance is required
.
If you’re already working high-side in London and want somewhere that keeps stretching you technically, this is well worth a conversation.
