Doing Each Day :

• Responsibleforusersupport.
  
  Assistingemployeeswithdesktopsetup,computer configuration,phoneandnetworkconnection,software installation,systemaccessprovisioning,etc.
• Manageservicedeskmailbox,andassigntickets(bothhotlineandmailbox),responsibleforescalationmanagement,includingidentifyingcomplexissueandescalatingtospecializedteamssuchasinfrastructureteam,securityteamandapplicationteam,aswellasheadanddeputyheadofIT.
• Responsiblefordocumentingsolutionsinaknowledgebaseandprovidingbasicusertrainingtopreventrecurringissues.
• Responsibleforprovisioningnewemployeeonboarding,forADandbusinesssystemusermaintenance,password reset,lockandunlockuseraccount,guideemployeeforaccesscomputerandFOVAsystem.
• Inchargeofmeetingsupport,includinginternetconferencemeeting,internalmeetingwithHO.
• InchargeofITcustodyandstorageroom,equipmentdeliveryprocess,logging into
  
  FinancefixassetsystemandITresourcesystem,aswellasconfigurationdatabasesystems.
• Performthetapbackuprotationreplacement,coordinatewithserviceproviderfortapstransportation.
• Inchargeofinvoicepaymentprocess,checktheaccountingdetailandrecordcorrespondentinvoice.
• Inchargeofprintermaintenance,includingtonersreplacement,paperstuckissues.
• PerformmonitoringofITeventsandincident,withinthecomputerroomenvironment,HOmonitoringsystem,SOCmonitoringsystem,HOincidentsystem,change system.
• Perform year-endstocktakingoftheITassets.
