Senior Growth Analyst Shoreditch (4 days per week) | Up to £80,000 Join a high-growth consumer business where analytics is central to commercial decision-making. This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to influence growth strategy, drive experimentation, and work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing and Finance. The Company They are a fast-scaling, subscription-led consumer business using data to drive growth, customer engagement and product innovation.

Analytics is embedded across the organisation, with a strong focus on evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement.

The Role You will partner with Growth, Product and Marketing teams to uncover opportunities, influence strategy and improve business performance.

Responsibilities include:

Analysing customer acquisition, conversion and retention performance Designing and evaluating A/B tests and experiments Conducting funnel, cohort and customer behaviour analysis Building dashboards and monitoring key business metrics Identifying growth opportunities and providing actionable recommendations Presenting insights to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making Partnering cross-functionally to solve commercial challenges Your Skills & Experience Strong SQL skills and experience with a visualisation tool such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI Experience in Growth Analytics, Product Analytics or Marketing Analytics Background in a digital, consumer, e-commerce or subscription business Strong understanding of experimentation and hypothesis-driven analysis Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders Proactive, curious and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment What They Offer Salary up to £80,000 Hybrid working, 4 days per week in Shoreditch Competitive benefits package High-impact work with senior leadership exposure Excellent career development opportunities within a scaling business
